California MENTOR, a statewide provider of services to individuals with Autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, will host a FREE 8th Annual Autism Awareness Festival on March 30, 2019 in recognition of World Autism Awareness Month.
“We invite the Inland Empire community to join us for a day of fun activities to help raise Autism awareness,” said Tammi Hernandez, Regional Director with California MENTOR. “There will be something for everyone from fun activities to a great lunch.”
This year’s theme is “Seas the Possibilities”. The event features Aquarium of the Pacific’s Aquarium on Wheels, Robert Castillo’s BMX demo, mini trackless train rides from The Mini Express, interactive reptile exhibit, rock wall climbing, face painting, sensory play, interactive games, entertainment, a quiet zone, resource tables and so much more. Lunch and giveaways will be available throughout the event while supplies last. Autism Society will receive a donation on behalf of California MENTOR from Carl’s jr. for catering proceeds.
