Celebrating Diane’s 25 Years of Quality Service as a DSP

California MENTOR is proud to celebrate and honor Diane for her 25 years of quality service as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our First Step program.
Diane began her career with California MENTOR’s Day Program services in September, 1990 as a Direct Support Professional. Diane loves the daily variety of her job, knowing that each day brings a new challenge and opportunity. Over the years, she has been able to establish lasting connections with both the individuals served and staff at her program. One of her favorite things about her job is being able to spend time with each individual through various activities and having fun while at work.
In her free time, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 grandchildren. She also loves to go shopping and be pampered at the spa. When the time comes for Diane to retire, she would like to travel the country and enjoy more time with her family.
