California MENTOR’s office located in Santa Rosa provides support to all of our programs listed below including residential services offered by our partner Cornerstone Living Skills. In addition, our Santa Rosa office is home to our Napa/Santa Rosa Family Home Agency.
Napa/Santa Rosa FHA
California MENTOR’s office in San Mateo, also known as the Napa/Santa Rosa Family Home Agency, serves individuals referrred to our program from the Napa/Santa Rosa Regional Center. Led by our program director, our staff partner with Regional Center staff and nurturing caregivers, who we call Mentors, to support individuals in private family homes throughout the Santa Rosa area and surrounding counties.
Cornerstone Living Skills
Cornerstone Living Skills, a partner of California MENTOR, supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in specialized residential homes throughout the Santa Rosa area. Each residence provides a natural family home setting where individuals can receive ongoing treatment and support while having many opportunities to participate in community life.
